The Arbiter

Great place year round. You could go kayaking in the summer as well as fishing, and the cool waters make a nice onshore wind. In the winter, the ice gets thick enough to dive a truck on it ( I would not recommend) and it is great to ice skate on. The view from most of the houses are great
