First of all, the store had a very welcoming environment and I didn’t feel bombarded like a typical “sales atmosphere”. Mike “Coach” Gottsch was genuinely trying his best to not waste my time as his customer. He wanted to know exactly what I had in mind and took me to a variety of different sets of furniture, was not pushy, and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the different sets he was showing to me. He made our experience very easy, and quick. If you want to get great quality furniture, incredible deals, and a great (non-pushy) buying experience in a positive atmosphere... go see “Coach” at Ashley in Tulsa Hills! You won’t regret it.

We came in to buy a mattress. They are operating at 100% mask compliance with temperature checks, so that was a great start. The sales people were extremely helpful and we wound up spending very little time here and purchased the perfect mattress for our home. I wish their delivery wasn’t quite so expensive, but we were able to pick it up ourselves instead. It was a great experience.
