MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST GO TO FURNITURE STORE!! Christopher was such a great pleasure to work with! He helped us quickly find exactly what we were looking for and helped set up our pickup. Everything went flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store before you go ANYWHERE!!! They outshine every furniture store in Tulsa- not only in options, but their customer service. Purchased a supposedly stain-proof fabric sectional from them. Never spilled anything on it, but it collects dirt. When we clean it, it leaves huge water spots and looks awful. Bassett sent out a couple guys to clean it and they said we should expect water spots when we clean it. We asked to exchange since it was misrepresented and were told someone would be in contact with us. No calls. Wasted 5,000 on a sofa that will end up in the land fill. Buyer beware.

While I do like the quality of their furniture, they have blatantly mislead me as to the time it would take to get the furniture in. At the time I was purchasing it I even mentioned the need for getting it in a specific time frame and now it will take almost double the time I was told to get it in if not more. He wants to blame it on Covid now but that was occurring far before I ever ordered it so that is not an excuse. I would rather have had the truth.

They seem to have a good selection of furniture. The pieces I looked at had quality construction. The salesperson was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. The store is well laid out and organized. They even had some attractive sales prices.

"Friendliness of sales personal in store was wonderful. Home Delivery personal were outstanding! Somewhat disappointed in quality control of furniture product before leaving warehouse. Several attempts to achieve undamaged product of kitchen table. (Still working on table). During this process though, all personal have been kind, thoughtful & helpful."
