Ask for an itemized list of costs. Did an excellent job on eye lid surgery, but I keep receiving bills moths later. I had a quote from a cosmetic surgeon to do the procedure, but was later recommended here. My insurance has paid out over 5,000 and I've had to pay Hillcrest over 600, anesthesiologist over 400, Dr Bottom over 260 (plus office visits), and several other small bills. Procedure was done at Hillcrest, what a rip-off. My plastic surgeon quoted me under 2000 (in office). Perhaps I saved a few hundred, but with insurance paying what they did, totally ridiculous.
