Absolutely terrible customer service. These people swindle you! I ordered contacts from them in November, and I got a box of defective contacts. I called multiple times and it took them weeks to get back to me, only to tell me that it wasn't possible that I got defective contacts! They refuse to reimburse me and have basically stolen my money to give me contacts that don't work. The doctor/receptionist tried to blame it on me, saying that the contact lens issue was my fault, but when I logically explained the situation they didn't care. They just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible.

A worst experience eyes exam ever. I got an eyes contact lens exam. My eyes got blurry and watery. So I thought I got a wrong prescription. I called them after 3 days from my first exam. A girl told me to make an appointment and come over to check it with no charge due to the 30 days policy. When I showed up, the receptionist I guess, told me that i have no reason to make an appointment since I've already been seen. And she gave me a contact lens for my right eyes follow the prescription from last year and said try it on. I don't understand their system. They're supposed to let me in and re-exam to get the right prescription, not just gave me the contact lens to \ TRY \. And I agree with everyone that they have a worst staffs ever on earth. Highly not recommended this place.

I drove an hour for my appointment but was not able to see the doctor. They sent out an email and I did not get it (I checked). They don’t allow you to come into the office so I called ( as directed) and told her I didn’t get my email. She told me I had all day to call her and didn’t. I should have called first. I was angry with her whole attitude and said, I drove a whole hour for this appointment- this is bulls**t. So she starts telling me she doesn’t have to listen to me talk to her that way and says I told you I’d bring the paperwork to you ( which she never said) so I said “fine! Since I’ve driven a whole hour to get here”. She comes to the metal gate and shoves the paperwork through the locked gate and starts in again and says they’ll see me only if I would change my attitude! I told her she needed to treat her patients w more respect. She then had her office manager come out and tell me they would not allow me to see the doctor. This doctor may be excellent but his office help is horrible. Other people were sitting out in the mall on their telephone trying to complete paperwork on their cell phones and said they were ready to leave because there was so much paperwork to do and was frustrated with the whole process. Good luck, Dr. Martin. You will need it with the caliber of your office staff.

So bad I don’t know where to start. DON’T use the online appointment system IF you decide to even go here. Our first appointment was canceled due to a staff member having Covid… OK, I get that… Not their fault. Then, when I use the online appointment to reschedule, my wife and I started getting all kinds of disgusting sex-related text messages and scam texts on our phones. We then got a letter saying that the appointment system had been hacked and our info breached. We show up for our appointments and are told to sit outside until they can verify our insurance benefits (Why wait until we get there to verify our benefits??) Then they call us to say they can’t find out any info about our benefits, and if we want to be seen right then, we have to pay out of pocket. Our benefits have probably been stolen from the breach of their computer system. Needless to say that we went elsewhere.

VERY rude staff! Didn't make it to see the doctor. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
