Dr. Walter did an amazing job on my dad eye. Dr Walter was very nice and demonstrate how the whole procedure would be like. My father was very happy with the result. My dad wished he had came to Dr Walter earlier for his left eye, but it was long time ago. I would recommend dr Walter.

My elderly parents had an appointment and arrived thirty minutes early before the office opened as they live 45 minutes away. This was time that had to set aside from Dr appointments as both are going through cancer appointments right now. They were then told that the Dr was on vacation and the office staff tried to get ahold of them which was not true. There were no missed calls or voicemails as they juggle drs appointments all of the time and keep on top of it. Mistakes are made and I understand that but to say that they tried to make contact is clearly not true. In the past the Dr himself has been awesome but I can not justify returning after this.
