Add another satisfied customer to the Hicks Brunson list. Its not often that you can safely select a pair of optical frames via the internet but Daniel Brunson went out of his way to make sure that I got what I needed. After reviewing a product line that I was interested in, Daniel worked with me to order a selection of frame options which were sent to my home address for review. Out of that selection, I was able to select a frame that I liked and returned the remains frames which were credited to my account. If you are in the market for anything optical, this is the place to visit for outstanding service. Especially true in the era of infectious diseases where it is risky to make in person visits.

Hicks Brunson was very gentle to my needs(Rick). I love that this eyeglass place is family owned for generation after generation. Also, they are knowledgeable about the history of eyewear and up to date with the newest eyewear and about eye care in general too. Thank you Rick for giving me knowledge about vision and eye glasses. It really helped. And I loved that Rick knew everything I needed for my eyeglasses for my eyes particularly. Very professional, friendly and caring. They added nose pieces to my sunglasses which was the answer to my problem of them sitting on my cheeks and I didn’t know that was possible. My regular glasses were making one side of my nose really hurt. They changed out the nose pieces with “air pads”...again it was the answer to my problem. Store is easily accessible in Utica Square with storefront parking. Wonderful selection of fashionable frames. I highly recommend Hicks Brunson!

I had my glasses within a week and the ordering process was simple.
