I switched doctors 30 weeks into my pregnancy to go to Dr Ryan Gholson and had the absolute best experience. He seems to really care about the women & babies that he cares for. Had I known how great he is I would have went to him for my first 2 pregnancies and from the being with my last!

I had a miscarriage in August, I was refereed to OSU Houston from the OSU Hospital. The ladies at the front desk are rude and sound hateful and as if they don't have time to bother with your issues ( MIND YOU I JUST LOST A CHILD!!) a friendly voice on the other end is important when you balling! I went back for 3-4 apts. each time they were just obnoxiously hateful and unhappy! The Dr was just as rude and controlling. Dictating what i need to do and never discussing my options I went 3 moths with out a period before I was willing to attempt to contact them again, For once I spoke with a happy nice friendly voice on the other end she was lovely. I called back a week before my appointment due to an insurance issue and again just rude rude rude people! I'm TOUGH but these women are just awful! they made me cry several times and I just needed some caring support! I was on the phone this last time and was talking to a lady and she kept \DICTATING & TELLING\ never just LISTENING I got my most humble voice on and asked her if I could just talk to her for a moment just to talk again she started in Well I'm just telling you.... BLAH BLAH BLAH! she WOULD NOT LET MY VOICE OR CONCERNS BE HEARD None of these people EVER let my voice be heard I would never make someone feel like they were invaluable enough to not let them speak to you as a person! I am so very disappointed in these women they are in charge of a very important job they need to be Loving, Kind and be a sister to the women coming through there because like me they don't know who is grieving or what the case may be! I just want to get this insurance issue taken care of so that i can put this hurtful place behind me. Find somewhere else these ladies don't care at all!

My fiancé goes here and I'm very disappointed on the effort they put in for their job. Her first appointment we waited almost two hours to be called back. Then they forgot to set up her glucose screening test. Today we just found out her glucose test was high at her check up when they were suppose to call back as soon as they found out. Now I have to miss work on short notice to take her in for the three hour test. It's ridiculous how they want you to work with their schedule and hope that you don't get fired because of short notice schedule changes.
