I had a great experience with Dr. Bundren. He knows what he is talking about. He answered all my questions scientifically which is very important to me. His nurse Mary Cathrine was so sweet and caring. His office staff was always very prompt to respond and never rude. I called in needing a same day appointment one day and they had me in within 2 hrs. I went in for septum removal surgery found out I was pregnant. Dr. Bundren saw me through 11 weeks and Mary Cathrine hooked me up with a great high risk dr. to finish out my pregnancy. I will definitely be going back after this baby to get my septum removed.
Their office was extremely rude to both me and my wife. He basically told my wife not to bother him anymore because he didnt want to mess with his \success rate\ by trying anything with her. I'm sure our little boy is also glad we found another doctor. If you want to waste your emotional state and money, go see them otherwise he should lose his license as far as I am concerned. Good luck to everyone out there finding a competent physician, because that search will not be ending with Dr Bundren.
Dr. Bundren is great! He was concerned about my overall health and took his time addressesing the situations. I was here for a while, not because a long wait period ,like at other doctors offices where you wait in the waiting area for an hour and the doctor sees you for 5 minutes, this is different. I had a short wait in the office and the doctor took his time to answer all my questions and to diagnose me. And the nurses are great, they make you feel like you are talking to a friend, and make you feel comfortable! And that is very important considering you are there for personal reasons... I would recommend Dr. Bundren and his staff.
Please be aware of the lab testing center. Horrible experience. Both Kelley and Mary Ann were EXTREMELY rude. These two individuals lack total sense of respect for others. No customer services whatsoever. There is no accountability for their actions. they scream to paying customers on the phone. When asked to speak with a supervisor they response is : \I am the supervisor\. They are giving bad reputation to this business.
