I couldn't ask for a better experience at Carpet One. Cub and the installers went above and beyond. I'm very hard to please and very picky with my home. They did OUTSTANDING! if you're ever in the area please stop by this location and ask to speak to CUB he will stick you with you from start to finish on the install.

Second time they have replaced my floors which means it’s the third flooring they have done. They still can’t do it right! Dust, trash, and flooring scraps littered the home. They didn’t finish it by two doors. They didn’t make sure the baseboards were put back in properly. And there are holes in the walls. And once again I’m left having to scrub every inch of my home because it’s a disaster. If you are going to be a professional floor installer then you need to make sure the home is cleaner than when you got to it. Even if it means you have to hire a company.

We had Worst experience with sales person on this location. Salesman asked me to contact thier builder sales person. She never responded either to your text or email. Lucky we are proceeding with other company and not used Carpet one. Definitely Not recommend Carpet one bcz of thier bad customer service.

The sales person was great and helpful but when it came time for the installation we were told they would have two installers to move things out and back in. Only one man showed up and I had to help move the furniture, then during the install. I asked where his helper was and was told that he was on his way but he was white so he didn't like to work and thought he could just show up to work when he wants to after all he is white is how he said it. They left carpet untucked didint finish moving everything back and didn't even vacuum the hallway. They left some trash on our porch. I wouldn't recommend using their installers

Caring Hearts

Extremely frustrated! Ordered carpet nearly two months ago and it has yet to be delivered to the store! My salesperson has not been very responsive. I have called several times and it appears that the only person that knows anything about your order is your salesperson so if they are unavailable you are out of luck until they decide to call you back (which has never happened in my case) I have had to continuously call to check on the status of my order and have yet to get any concrete answers! At this point I am ready to cancel my order, get back the money that I’ve paid so far and go to another carpet company. I understand the delay in carpet being delivered, however what I do not understand is the unresponsiveness of the staff and lack of follow through. My name is Lily Williams.
