If I could go back in time I’d never walk in the front door of this company. I’d give a zero if that were an option. They wanted 1/2 down because I didn’t want to use their financing. I got 1/2 of my bathroom remodeled, for my 1/2 down, and that’s it, very poorly remodeled. When I asked for it to be repaired and redone properly, they lost interest in the job, disappeared, ignored me, for weeks at a time. This all started in May and it’s Nov. now. I still have no bathroom. They use subcontractors they know nothing about. I recommend you do it yourself. Be your own contractor, use a big company so you have recourse, whatever. Just do NOT use Kitchen. Concepts. One of these positive reviews is a family member -
