Came in this morning for a very serious slip and fall. Everyone was kind and respectful. Chuck has incredible bedside manner. His patient education and followup care instructions were incredible. Felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Thank you, Chuck! -Mike

Needed to go to a doctor for an infection. I chose MedExpress because it was within 2 miles from my house. Walked in, no other patients at the time. Lobby was clean and orderly, even had little bottles of water if you wanted one. Was greeted with a smile and check in was easy. Called back to see the doctor within minutes. Nurse extremely pleasant, took all vitals in a professional manner. Was seen by nurse practioner, Cynthia Thomas. Very very nice lady. Took the time to listen to all my symptoms, explained why it could of happened and gave suggestions to keep my infection from coming back. I had a good experience and would go back if ever needed to but only if NP Cynthia Thomas was there.
If I could give less then one star I would, this was my first experience at MedExpress. This group should really consider changing their name as it does not hold up to what they practice. I was here for a Covid test, I was scheduled there at 4:30pm. The staff was nice over the phone so they convinced me in changing my appointment to 1:45pm, I figured they wanted me there earlier to get me out quick. Well that was not the case I was sitting in the parking lot for almost 5 Hours to take a 15min test. I really don't see the common sense in asking people to come in earlier if they cant handle the volume of people that's just poor management. I should have read the Reviews before coming to this urgent care, this has been happening a lot and there generic response isn't cutting it cause this obviously has not changed. This was the first and the last time I will ever come here for health care, and I would never recommend this place. MedExpress needs to Work on time management.
my doctor was awesome. my nurse in the other hand seemed like she hates her job. I didn’t pick your career lady. don’t take it out on me.
The wait time is long but worse, its absolutely unnecessary. And the bathroom is \Out of Order.\ Call a plumber instead of putting a sign on the door. If you're looking for a new urgent care, keep looking, trust the reviews (I didn't). I'll be going back to my regular urgent care.
