Last year I had Tulsa Time put a new battery in my father's watch who recently past away. They discovered that the watch had some interior damage which they fixed. They cleaned up the watch, added a new battery, and it works like new. Since it was my father's watch, it means a lot to me. This year I came in for some band adjustments on three watches. Since they didn't have to bother with the links, it didn't take them long to do the adjustments while I waited. First class all the way. If you're a watch collector and need someone who knows how to service and properly maintain your watches, Tulsa Time is the place.

I called to ask if they would or could set up my new casio watch. Spoke to a female employee. She said sure. No problem. I went in. The guy behind the counter came across as happy and willing to do it. He set it up. I offered to pay for the service. He wouldn't take my money. I said thank you multiple times. I returned the next morning because after I left I realized it was set an hour behind. Given what they said and did. I returned about when the store open to have it calibrated to the right time. This time they seemed annoyed. Especially the dude. The lady fixed it quick. I said thank you multiple times. He said nothing. Won't go back. Won't bother them again. Funny how the real person is quickly revealed.
