I went in and purchased a pair of O N running shoes and from the moment I walked in they treated me as if I was the only customer they’ve had. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Turns out the shoes did not fit me well after a week or so of use. They took care of me big time! The let me switch out the shoes with another pair without hassle. Great place and I will be back.

Love this place! I called the store to see what time they opened and if they had some birks I wanted in stock. Mike, the owner said they didn’t open for another hour, however, he let me come in anyway and I got a pair of my new favorite kicks. Thanks for the awesome customer service and working with me!
