Watch out for this board. They seem corrupt to me. You most likely will not get your constitutional right to due process, as they have their minds made up before the hearings begin, in my opinion. They love the application fee revenue so they continue the charade of due process. They have a track record of approving questionable applications as long as it supports their home building and construction businesses. I'm sad that Tulsa County has a board that puts their interests first and the population's interests second.
