Awful communication. I left messages with the doctor and ENT supervisor and after a week of calling multiple times a day and only getting an answering service, no one bothered to call back. The only human I could talk to in the office was to make an appointment. Staff was fine in person, but don't expect anyone to talk to you on the phone.

I would love to give a higher star, but the receptionists up there, are VERY rude. I mean, have no social skills really, and they let them be in the face of the office which is an extremely poor decision on their behalf. If you can get past that, the care is great. I will say Dr. Gaut is awesome, and fixed my nose right up shortly after my nose was broken in a car accident. I think the doctors are great, but the receptionists, and my doctors clinical assistance both do not have customer service skills, nor good work ethic. Its very hard to get hold of the clinical assistant. Over all the care I did receive was amazing. It seems like I am not the only one with a run in with the receptionist either. I will say I walked out of the office the very first time I stepped foot in there, because of how much attitude was given to me, and just how she handled the situation in general. Again, this place would be a little better if they could just move certain people out and freshen it up just a bit with more customer oriented people.

He did my oldest son's surgery and went above and beyond we are very pleased with Dr. Gaut and my youngest will be going to him soon

Dr Andrew W Gaut, MD is an excellent doctor and surgeon. Not only is he patient, kind, thorough, and honest but he is considerate, as well. He actually called me when I was in the hospital under his care, to let me know that he was running late but that he would still be coming by to visit with me. How many doctors do you know that are that considerate? Most doctors would just leave you hanging, wondering if you would be seeing them or not. Now that is great customer service. I highly recommend Dr Gaut.

I went there thinkin it was my first time there .I gave my insurance card and 50 dollars I asked about paperwork The lady at the front desk said not to worrie about it so I seen the doctor and he wanted to take meds I asked how will they now where to send it he said they would look on the computer for my primary care physician information and use it ok I said and I guess they did find some old information on their computer for me address and pharmacy etc and tried to do business with me that way I never did get any medicine I totally got ripped off I called several times and I didn't get it resolved asked for a refund but it didn't happen I would avoid these people
