After having nothing but a fantastic experience in August 2021 when my wife broke her tooth while on vacation in Tulum, I was attempting to call this evening the 8th of April 2021 to get some information on follow-up corrective options before travelling to Tulum this weekend. I graciously introduced myself with my full name as soon as the young man picked up the phone, and then asked him for his, and he identified himself as "el receptionista". When I said to please transfer me to a manager, or someone's who could identify themselves given that I needed some information with validation, this young man hung up on me. I am very disappointed in just the inability to get someone with enough accountability or character to identify themselves and provide reliable information on what services they offer, especially since the lady doctor that did an amazing job on my wife's tooth is no longer there and apparently, business common sense went with her. I will definitely stay away from a place that will allow anonymous juveniles to answer the phone and be the first impression of service accountability a customer even a repeat one gets. Especially if there is no one on duty like an adult manager to serve as a safety net. I called back and explained to this young man who we can refer to as " el receptionista enmascarado" that even in the case where a business exercises some type of privacy policy for their employees for fear of being stalked by some lunatic, the employer should at least have some type of ID number or pseudonym under which they would conduct their duties or provide information. Unfortunately this may be a difficult concept for this individual to understand, so I'm really hoping that he has no intent of actually becoming more than a receptionist, which is fittingly all he identified himself as.

Let me be the first to say - I am the biggest baby when it comes to dental work - some people are afraid of clowns and others are afraid of dentists. I came in fully prepared to watch the tears role down my cheeks - I even didn’t put on mascara in anticipation of all the crying. Dr Justo Silva was FANTASTIC! He speaks excellent English and fully explain every little detail of his recommendations. He was not pushy - he merely presented the facts and allowed me to make the decision. I had a severely broken tooth and so I actually had to get it pulled and then have a temporary tooth put in before I have my implant in 4 months (after my bone healed). I just broke my foot and healed that up so I am confident I can heal my face well enough to have my implant done in 4 months! Silva has an excellent bedside manner is part therapist part dentist hahaha - seriously - I came all the way from Vancouver Canada to get this procedure and I would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you Doctor!

I can't recommend Eurodental Tulum highly enough - I made an appointment a few days after arriving in Tulum, because I was in pain and not healing from dental work I'd had a few weeks previously in the UK. The dentist was more knowledgeable, gentle and friendly than any I have ever been to before, and spoke fantastic English. My tooth had been painful for weeks and he solved my problem straight away. If you are concerned about getting dental treatment or help while in Tulum, don't be! The wonderful dentist at Eurodental was the best I've ever been to.

I have NEVER had such a quality anesthesia treatment as he gave in my life & I have a full mouth restoration with root canal’s & implants. I was very impressed by him & I’m very happy to recommend Eurodental for anything you need done. I will be returning for additional work as the surgery areas heal & I was NOT Rushed into doing more dental procedures immediately as other dentists have done with me for THEIR profit over my health situation. I really felt that Justo takes personal care for each person & helps you choose what is best for YOU & your needs. Believe me when I say that when we search online MANY of the dentist posting with great websites & reviews ect are NOT the best dentist at ALL , simply the best at USING social media.
