I feel very fortunate to have been able to purchase a home from Habitat, in their Florafauna Community. Though my home is not yet built, I can tell you that the purchase and design process has exceeded all my expectations. These homes are superbly designed, taking into account many factors. I chose this company for a number of reasons, after much research throughout the Riviera Maya: They have a strong commitment to the environment, and their local community, as well as to the highest quality work. They are extremely customer focused and have allowed me to customize my future home. I like the way they treat their staff because I believe the way an organization treats it's staff is how the staff will treat the customer. They are responsive to my many questions and willing to work with my special, sometimes challenging requests. This is a top notch, customer focused, professional organization and I highly recommend them.

This ‘company’ is putting out an image of customer service and building quality at American standards and it’s the biggest lie they could ever tell. I have multiple friends in Tulum that have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because of their mismanagement of clients funds and overall lack of professionalism. They take zero responsibility and lack any accountability on your project. Don’t be fooled by their impeccable image, because that is all it is, an image. I would recommend talking to people who have bought or built with them before proceeding with your purchase. Beware!!

I purchased a home from Habitat Construccion @ Florafauna after only seeing a rendering on their website. Crazy? Perhaps. However, it was the smartest risk I ever took and now I own a gorgeous home in the jungle of Tulum. My stand alone home was completed 13 months after purchasing, and it was delivered even better than what was depicted in the renderings. Habitat sent out monthly email newsletters complete with photo's of my home during construccion to keep me updated on the progress. The Habitat team was extremely accommodating and available during the entire construccion process and still are. I have heard nightmare stories from folks who have invested in new developments in the Riviera Maya and particularly Tulum where month/years later they are still waiting to take delivery and/or the quality of their home/condo is extremely poor. I highly recommend Habitat construccion. First rate designers/builders.
