Very friendly staff. I wish they opened earlier than 7 but the food is amazing as well as the coffee. The food is different than the Starbucks in America which is a different experience on its own. The WiFi is good enough for uploading content and being on zoom calls.

It gets busy pretty quickly. For take-away coffee, it’s ok but to sit and relax/work, there are better places in downtown...

Coffee was great, pastries were even better. We went here 3 times during our vacation and the staff are outstanding. There were patient with my husband and I as we spoke our slow spanish too.

Coffee was great! I was looking for a Tulum mug, but they only had mugs for Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, and Cancun. Maybe Starbucks will add a Tulum one soon? Atmosphere was calm—would go back for sure!
