We stayed here for over a week and didn't want to leave! We booked our stay through Maya Luxe which provided an AMAZING experience for our group. Their concierge team is ON POINT with everything and so great to work with...would DEF book any trip to the area through them. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful and the beach is gorgeous. ENJOY!

Villa la Semilla was the perfect container for our group. The house just feels completely soothing and welcoming. We loved every room and of course the beach.
I absolutely love this villa.! If u get the chance to stay it's Soo worth it. I love the staff here, the atmosphere and the environment is Soo serene and beautiful. I have stayed in many villas all over the world and this is definitely in my TOP 5 . The food is wonderful, the staff is so kind and pleasant. I will definitely want to come back

I have been traveling to Tulum area for the last decade and have stayed in multiple properties over the years. Maya Luxe was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, caring company I have dealt with in all those years. The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities. Everything was perfect upon arrival and very helpful throughout our stay. We made it to the ocean and enjoyed the pool afterwards. This is the perfect place to stay. If you've never experienced Tulum before, get there soon! Thank you again to Maya Luxe! You are our official "go-to" from now on!
It was love at first site, but there were hurdles to overcome during our stay. The beach was only cleared of sea grass the day we arrived and the day before we left (which was apparently for the guests to arrive the following day). I would say it was due to conditions, but we were able to navigate back to the house via kayaks by looking for the house with the most sea grass on the beach. Other properties on the bay were clear of sea grass all week. So our beach time was limited as a result. Additionally, staff has been advised to limit towels, which is fine. Just a heads up would have been nice. All of that being said, the house was beautiful and views were magnificent. The chefs, Edwin and Victor, were amazing! The concierge, Isabel, was wonderful. Other than a few hiccups, the vacation was truly paradise.
