I assume the villages depend on how well put together is the interior design of each one and quality of furniture, but is great place, amazing location bike distance from public beach and also the hotel (fancy-party) zone. Secure access to the villas, pools, grill.

Great villas at the entrance of Aldea Zama . Easy to get to the beach.
My first Airbnb experience and I didn't like it. One room in the Villa had a broken shower faucet handle, the other shower just had repairs to the wall that looked like a novice did the work, one of the soap dispensers was empty and a guy said he would return with soap and never did. He also said he would return with a new faucet handle and two screws to fix two broken toilet seats but never did. The TV only had Netflix and Amazon prime video, but wasn't a problem for me since I'm not at watched but for the ladies with us they weren't thrilled about it. The electric kept going on and off on our last night making the rooms hot and humid and the water wouldn't work while the electricity was off. A guy lied about the charge of 200 pesos to rent a bicycle for a day.
Cool place! Has two outdoor pools and gated community.
Great location! Walking distance to the main street in town and a 10 minute drive to the beach area. Villas are really nice and spacious. Most include rooftop jacuzzis and there are two community pools. The community is gated with 24 hour security.
