We have just been today to see santa. The elves were lovely, friendly and spoke to my 3 year old in a friendly manner. (Well Santa visits are for kids). The elves helped put santa magic gel on (you get it) and the room was spacious, full of christmas things, so much so my little one was in awe looking around. Santa knew my daughter's name and talked happily to her. Shes come out happy, giddy and excited. Thank you tumble town. With 2020 bring as it has been it's been lovely to at least still visit santa x
My daughter had a lovely time, they are really on point when it comes to covid regs and the place is very clean. With covid the number of kids is less, which is great if you have a shy or small child.

Kids loved it had a fab time. We went today for a birthday party. Only problem was when we went in the side room for them to eat the cold hit us the second we walked in the door, the main part had been fine but the other room no heating at all. Was only in there about 30-40 minutes but we were extremely uncomfortable it was bitterly cold. Apart from that I'd highly recommend.
