Our puppy Trevor had a terrible accident jumping off the sofa and broke his elbow. We were terribly upset and it was a traumatic time for all of us. The staff from reception to the nurses to the vets were absolutely fantastic and so caring. They were so kind and gave such a personal touch. Trevor even gets excited seeing all the staff which is so lovely to see. Trevor had surgery and it’s doing wonderfully. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done.

My dog suffers with allergies since a pup she is on lifetime medication so she is there on a regular basis. She has been under these vets for 6 years a long with the cat too. The Vets and nurses are fantastic there. Highly recommend these vets.

The shop staff were a little rude. My poor dog had an accident in the door way. No offers to help just dirty looks.

The vet was very lovely and informative. We were not there for the happiest of reasons, but they were very caring and understood what we needed quite well. And in lieu of coronavirus restrictions they went above and beyond for us to be there for our Tabby.

It appears that there are no vets actually working here. Our dog was on the waiting list for neutering for weeks. Gave up and went to Culverden Vets where he had the operation within 10 days. Basically don't bother, go to a 'proper' veterinary practice there are several in the Tunbridge Wells area all with good reputations.
