I honestly am so impressed with the level of service we received when purchasing our new home with hunni homes. I honestly can not fault them. Huge thank you & massive credit to Belinda for being there at the end of the phone & for being so very consistent when responding to my emails, she really did make our experience so much better & out of all of it she will be what I remember as the best bits of purchasing a house.. Its a real roller coaster ride when purchasing your house & even more so when you have no idea what your doing but through the whole experience it really was such a relief to have some one talking you through every single situation ( might I add - this is what my solicitors should have been doing ) Perfect Service. Unfortunately the level of service was poor throughout. Slow in response and often not responding at all. Wanted to make an offer on a let but the process was not easy. We needed a quick move as we're between places before an international move. But they were anything but quick or effecient. Have instead to make offers elsewhere. Considering agencies charge fees they should make more effort to earn them. The sooner tech removes the need for agencies the better.
