As a coach, it's really important to keep developing and to have a sounding board yourself too. As a coach supervisor, Neil is great because he has a wealth of experience to draw on and is always up to date with the latest developments in coaching too. He has a friendly relaxed manner, but makes you think! I appreciate the fact that he is flexible too - he makes himself available when it works best for you.
