Best fitness studio in Tunbridge Wells for spin classes, yoga, pilates. They do kids dance classes too and the smoothies are awesome!

I did a 7am spin class with Jaime on Monday and it was amazing. Was slightly nervous as it was my first time on a bike for a while and I am not that fit right now but she made me feel welcome and helped me set up the bike. The spin studio is in the basement so nice and dark and cool. The class was fab. Music was amazing and the neon lighting made me feel like I was clubbing in my 20's except that I felt incredible afterwards. Had a delish smoothie and then went on with my day! Back again on Friday...

Did my 1st yoga class with Abir at this new studio which has just opened up on Camden Road. Studio was light and airy. They have air con which is a blessing in this weather. Nice vibes. Will deffo be coming back.
