Amazing customer service and nice selection of shoes. After a horrible experience in another shop we went in there to look for shoes for my daughter. She is quite sensible and the lady sat down with us, introduced herself to my daughter, asked for her name and gently tried to measure her feet, fully respecting my daughters o\ about it. They seemed super knowledgeable and gentle, not forcing anything on you but finding shoes and solutions which are right for you. Which for us meant leaving without shoes and the lady even adviced to wait for a bit longer with getting the first pair if shoes and offered that we can come in any time to get my daughter used to the shop and eventually be able to measure her feet properly. Thanks so much for this experience!
I loved receiving my vouchers and balloons this week, delivered to my doorstep by Stampede. What a fab idea for a Christmas present! Excellent service as always.
Tunbridge Wells is so lucky to have a local independent shoe shop. My daughter has very narrow feet and after going to all the usual chain shops and being told that the shoes will 'always be a big big' and feeling as if we were an inconvenience. It is a relief to know I can go to Stampede and always find the perfect shoes, in the friendliness of environments where my children's opinions will be asked and heard. I never shop anywhere other than Stampede. Donna and the team have done an amazing job responding to the COVID measures and ensuring customers are safe and seen to. I have also purchased clothing from Stampede, their range is smal but of high quality and long lasting. The PJs are so cosy and soft.
What a great experience we had at Stampede! Booked a one to one appointment through their Facebook page which was super easy, so we could buy our daughters first pair of school shoes ready for starting school in September. We felt very happy with the safety measures in place due to Covid-19 and they had a good selection of shoes from different brands to choose from. They were very knowledgeable about the different brands and styles and made sure our daughter's shoes were the right fit for her. She has very narrow feet! We also bought her first pair of trainers while we were there as well. They also do a loyalty scheme which is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend Stampede and we will definitely be returning when our daughter needs new shoes. Great service with a personal touch. Thank you!
