This is a franchise store - wasn’t aware is this as there is no branding or details about this not even on the Timberland website. This means if you purchase a gift card from an Office’s store or here you cannot use them in either store. Pretty poor implementation and planning if you ask me. The store itself is a well presented clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes suffers from a lack of stock being such a small store but I can always find something I like in here !!

Went to buy a pair of boots at their shop and were very disorganised I wanted to purchase the unisex kids ankle classic boots size 5. However I had to buy the adults size 5 which were 50 more. It was very disappointing but still good boots!!!
