They hardly ever pick up the trash even if you pay the bill which messed up now I got to deal with mice. I am serious thinking of just putting all the trash in one big pile and putting it away from my home and putting it by the fence because of the mice

At this point, I'd rather make a weekly trip to the landfill. My trash hasn't been picked up for a month. The service tag is right by my trash cans and the excuse was that they missed the service tag, because they were a new driver? Really!?!? I don't live on the road by myself. The service tag is viable from a vehicle on the road. This absolutely absurd! I have now left 2 voicemails to the company and they have failed to reach me in roughly a 24 hour period. Seriously?! You are a utility service that has failed to perform your \services\ for the last month. There will be a deduction from my bill for the next 2 months, or maybe I will buy a landfill sticker and run trash for the street weekly at a discounted price. Maybe losing some customers will make you reconsider performing your service? Don't get me started on the lack of online billing or billing in general. This is 2017, it is not hard to accept credit card payments online... Let alone call someone when their account is coming or past due... I wish I could give this company negative stars. Trash pickup is a demanding job, but this is horrible...

I wouldn't even give them one star! The last 2 weeks with them has been a headache. Last Thursday they were too lazy to drive back and pick up my garbage. Called 3 days and all 3 days was told someone would be out to get it, no one showed. By the following Thursday they simply didn't take it. They are generally here before 7 am but did not show up until almost 9:30-10:00 pm! Of course the animals got into the trash, yet again. In a matter of 1 week I rebagged that trash 3 times! Thinking now mind you they were coming to get it as their secretary said. When they did show he refused to load it! It was their fault to begin with. Terrible service. They don't make an effort to actually do their job anyway.
