Worst build a bear ever. 7 people working and only 2 people actually helped us. Sat in line for over 35 minutes to just stuff the bear. This place needs new employees absolutely insane

Prices are to much for a family to get when all ,three kids want one and the tag says 6 dollars and get up there it's 20

Grandkids had a blast here. They each built a bear...or should I say a lion and a bear. This was a first for my 4 year old and we made precious memories today. Girls working were great with kids. I highly recommend this for an afternoon or evening with the kids!

Visited this store a few minutes before closing and while entering the store, we were greeted just as friendly and welcoming as if we'd visited midday. The store assistant was very helpful, patient, and has a personality that is perfect for customer service and retail. She spent as much time as my daughter wanted with angelic patience and poise never rushing us or pushing us out despite fact they closed 20 minutes ago.

Lots of fun, but be prepared to spend 60 dollars on a teddy bear. The employees wouldnt stop trying to upsell shoes. It's their job, but they couldnt take no for an answer.
