Employees ensured us that they were perfectly capable of fulfilling the cake order. Placed order. Called the day before pickup to confirm pickup time. Employees were unable to locate order but again ensured it would be ready the next day. Went for pickup; cake wasn’t AT ALL want I wanted and it wasn’t finished.

Called inquiring about a cake. Person I spoke with on the phone was rude and raised her voice, while answering my INQUIRING QUESTION. After trying to explain what I wanted on the cake, I get interrupted with a scolding tone of voice, a price of a cake available. Horrible customer service to a previous paying customer.
