I have been coming to location for over 3 years and the staff are not always pleasant to work with. My last customer service experience was not the best either. I was notified that my glasses were ready for pick up. I drove all the way to pick up my eye glasses only to find out that they actually weren’t ready. My eye glasses were rushed and there was a scratch on the lens. I have them back and had to wait again and pick them up. When I came to pick up my glasses again, the lenses were dirty. I had to ask the staff to clean them on which her attitude stunk from a mile away. I also realized that I didn’t have eyeglass cloths to come with my either of my glasses I purchased. So I went to inquire about one about ten mins to closing. As I pulled in, one of the staff members were sitting down waiting for the store to close. As I was getting out of the car to approached the door , she slowly approach the door and locked it and turned off the open sign. I knocked on the door and she opened it. I told one of the ladies that I didn’t get a cloth with my purchase and she handled the situation very unprofessional and unfriendly. This is very unacceptable. With customer service, I expect a welcoming atmosphere and professional attitude from workers but this has not been my experience with this company location.

I’ve gotten my last three prescriptions filled at Eyemart Express. I’ve found the staff to be competent and polite. I like that I can get my glasses usually within an hour.

We absolutely LOVED our experience. It was fast, and affordable! The staff was super knowledgeable, and friendly! We will definitely use Eyemart Express in the future for our family’s eye care needs!!

The little person that is in back Is so unprofessional. I saw her as i was walking in. The language she was using on her cell phone at the door was so rude. I could not believe she was an employee when she walked in door and walked To back. Will not be back as my child was with me and heard her ugly talk
