Would give 0 if possible. Cant wear masks due to medical conditions and my husband, who was wearing a mask, and i were treated HORRIBLY! The manager had her mask pulled down, another employee wasn't wearing one and another person, not sure if employee or customer, had hers hanging to one side. Yet we were treated like we had the plague! They refused to even help me find things and SPRAYED MY HUSBAND WITH LYSOL! While I was in the dressing room, which was a fight to even get, they talked badly about me right in front of my husband! I was treated badly cuz of my personal medical conditions, plain and simple. THESE PEOPLE SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a similar experience like the previous reviewer. I called for directions first and was rudely told to follow my phone map. I do not have an iPhone or android either. After finding the store I was looking for underwear and the table display was in disarray. I had trouble finding what I was looking for. I could not get help. I finally opened one of the stock drawers and found a few pair of panties. I only bought half of what I needed. Store employees were rude and dismissive.

The address as of now is wrong. I called the store itself and you will have to set your gps for kohl’s instead of Lane Bryant and it will take you to the exact location. Just trying to save somebody’s gas and time.

The staff were so busy talking with each other that they didn't even notice I was in the store until I asked for help. They seemed aggregated that I had interrupted their conversation and pointed to the item I asked for. When I couldn't find it in my size I again asked for help. But instead of trying to help she blew me off and said "oh we ain't got that in your size." So I said thanks and walked out, to them laughing at me leaving. Very rude! I will never shop there again!
