If you're an competitive athlete looking for a tune up or any type of recovery, Mr. Zach is the way to go. As a THS Varsity swimmer the effect of swimming thousands of miles has taken a toll on my body for too long. So my mother booked me an appointment. After 1 hour on the bed I felt like a new man, and the following practice the day after, I have never felt better, even on a rest week. Thanks to Mr. Zach, I was relieved of prior shoulder pain, lactic acid build up, and overall muscle fatigue, and I am confident that my rest and training will be even more beneficial in the future. BE SURE TO DRINK YOUR WATER AFTERWARDS!

I have been training and racing triathlon for over 12 years. Now I’m in mid 30s and beginning to notice some things like increased soreness and slower recovery than what I used to have years ago. That’s when I reached out to Zach for help. After just one 30 min session, I no longer felt soreness after strength training and was able to hammer out a strong bike session and run the next day followed by another long run the next day with no soreness and much faster pace.
