We tried several different stores before we settled on Mattress Firm. Bo was our salesman and we couldn't recommend him any higher. He took his time to explain the differences between the mattresses of which we tried out seven or eight different ones. He answered any questions we had and did not rush us in any way even though he had other customers to come through the door. The mattress we settled on was on back order but if we find that we have any problems with it I have complete confidence that he will take care of any problems we have with it. I have no problems recommending Mattress Firm of Tupelo, especially if you have Bo as a salesman.

Bo the store manager was an amazing advocate of customer service and product knowledge. He listened, suggested, and devised a multi bed deal for my entire house. My wife needs extra support while sleeping and feel we got the best product at the best pricing to alleviate her pain so she (and we) can get a better nights sleep
The sales man was very nice and very helpful in helping my husband and I find a mattress that we could both agree on. I would definitely shop here for a mattress again.
Fantastic service and super helpful! I was in and out quickly and left with exactly what I wanted! The sales representative, Brad, stayed close enough to answer my questions but walked away to give me time to think and decide without any pressure! It was a great experience!
Great first experience at a Mattress Firm! Mr. Bobo and Mr. John were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable!! I was able to purchase the mattress and bed frame that was perfect for me, and both of them ensured I got them at the best price!! Would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm!
