There should be more stars for this Kenworth service department. I have never been to a service department that treated a driver so well. Mechanics were polite and keep you informed. Night time service manager was at the top of his game got me in and out with no issues. Service secretary nicest and super efficient in her job went beyond to make my stay there easier. All KW dealers should be as proficient and professional as Tupelo, Mississippi. Would go out of my way to return to have them work on my truck. Thank MHC Kenworth of Tupelo

Our motorhome started overheating on I-22 near Tupelo, MS and had to be towed to a a company that could repair an older diesel engine (CAT C7). Luckily, I was towed to MHC Kenworth - Tupelo, MS. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and allowed us to stay onsite in our motorhome while we waited. They offered every courtesy that they could and answered any questions we had. They additionally, went through the headache of helping us by dealing with our extended warranty service. Repairs were completed as promised and I felt that their pricing was fair considering that a diesel pusher engine in a motorhome is not easy nor what they do frequently. If I ever have another chassis (engine/drivetrain) issue near Tupelo, MS and I am asked where I want it taken, I will have them take it to MHC Kenworth in Tupelo, MS.
