They have yet to show or return my call. I wish i could give them a below 1 rating but thre algorithms will not let me post without one
1st time ever using them today. I had a tub leak and I was sent a text this morning that they would arrive between 12-12:45. At 1:00 I called and the receptionist told me they was on another job and she will call me 30mins before they come. Never got that call until 5:15 asking can they still send someone out when i told her no thanks i found someone else and before i can even say thank you anyway...She hung up in my face...Now let me inform you that I called at 3 (once I realized they was not coming or going to call) and left a courtesy message that I had found someone else and that they can cancel my service for today. (Which was all I needed from them) A courtesy call instead of me having to call them. If this is the kind of service they give then I'm glad I dodge that bullet. I can kindly take my little money elsewhere like I did. Not professional at all, I didn't get a good vibe with them way before I had the chance to even meet them. Bad business

When I had an emergency at one of my rental properties on Father's Day, they sent a technician and handled the problem quickly and thoroughly. The tech was very professional and made my tenants feel comfortable. The communication was spot on. Highly recommended!
