Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I downloaded the sams club app and was able to scan all my items and skip the line at checkout. Super simple!

I always enjoy shopping at Sam’s in Tupelo. I was looking for flowers for a dinner party, however Sam’s had very few flowers available today and they happen to be pulling some of the flowers on display because the date had expired!! I ask one of the employees whose name was Jennifer, by the way , she was very nice, friendly and accommodating, to speak with the manager about a discount on some of the flowers they were pulling. The manager simply told me Sam’s can’t, they have a Protocol on handing their Products!! Ok understood! I ended up just purchasing the fresh. However I just couldn’t quite understand why they would allow me to pay full price for the outdated flowers that they were pulling but wouldn’t allow a discount on them Great deal on the little pound

This review is solely on the PICKUP services. The app is easy to use and navigate. The pickup area is clearly marked at the club. HOWEVER, when I select a time to pick up my groceries, that is the time I intend to pick them up. The last several times I have done pickup at Tupelo Sams they either text me very early (like 6am, which makes no sense as they don’t open until 10am which is a whole other negative review I could go on) or they are late having them ready. I even went into the club as I forgot an item and asked them to pull my groceries out so I could take them to my car. The Manager wouldn’t allow it and I had to park in a pickup space and wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for the poor kid who had 4 other customers waiting. Get it together.

Love Sam's Club. Great store. However the Scan and Go app is down and the lines are as long as lines at Christmas. Plus it is taking an extremely long time to check each person out. Had I known I wouldn't have bothered to load up my cart. When the app works it is amazing. When it doesn't it is a nightmare.
