I contacted this company in early May for an estimate. After finalizing my selection of size and price I requested financing June 4th and was approved. So I ordered the patio cover. I was told that installation would be this week. Since I hadn’t heard from anyone, I sent an email for a time they would be here this week. The rep reported that two bigger jobs were being installed before mine and that it may be two or more weeks before my installation. I responded that I was disappointed and felt like my job was not as important and was taking a backseat to the bigger jobs. Obviously, the owner did not like my comments and called to cancel my project because my project was not really important to him anyway. He said he wasn’t making enough money on mine. It’s a sad day when a less expensive job is not important.
