This was a nightmare. Charged to rotate tires from front to back without letting me know about it. Left all tires at 30 psi when require 60-80. Went back acted like they had done nothing wrong. Said all this stuff about safety. Bs. Let me leave with a tire that the cap is going to blow off wish I could get a. Good picture of it. Lots of gum service. First thing I asked for was to be sure the steering wheels was straight after alignment. Hah. Have to go back again because it’s at about 9 o’clock when driving. Wow what happened to this place ??

I called for an estimate for a warranty job. David said bring it by, we'll take a look at it. After arriving and being asked for my address, phone number, and email, then ignored when I tried to ask a question, I was told they charge 25 to put it on a lift and 36 for a pressure test. I would have been fine with that, if I was told that on the phone so I could have been prepared to pay. Nobody likes hidden fees, that's dishonest. I'm fully aware of what my warranty requires, as I called them before I called any shops. I also informed David on the phone the issue was a coolant leak, so if he wasn't trying to hide the charge for the test, he would have told me on the phone. And I would have paid it if he had been upfront and honest. I left in a hurry because I'm a busy person who doesn't like to have my time wasted. You need to understand people don't trust someone with their vehicle who can't be honest.
