I took my 2016 Toyota highlander in for an oil change like i have before and it was great i just love how nice everyone is. They are a great group of men and women who know how to run a business. I will forever take my cars there as long as they are honest. That is so hard to find with most mechanic shops.

Not a single person in the offices was wearing a mask. There must have been 20 people in the room. The serviceman was very nice, professional and courteous as well as the cashier. I am new to the area and came here on recommendations from many coworkers. They finished my alignment fast and the price was reasonable. I noticed there isn’t even a sign on the door requiring a mask.

Best in town. The professionalism of each associate is what shines here. You're treated with respect and will not be taken advantage of by use of shady marketing tactics like other maintenance shops. My family has used Balswick's for the past 10 years after finding them to be the most consistent/respectful shop around. We most recently had an old 08 Accord serviced by Balswick's; nothing special about this car, but the time was taken to throw in a complimentary car wash before I picked up the vehicle. Going above and beyond sets them apart. Give them a shot!
