The staff were friendly and helpful but the lack of little show shows this hotel hasn't received a recent update and the wear is starting to show in some places. Still a good place to lay your head
Quiet and cozy facility. Staff was kind and very informative, quite through on everything. Room was spotless and clearly well maintained. Phone was quickly answered at any point we called, and questions were quickly resolved in no time at all. Will be utilizing in the future when traveling is a bit easier.
All the amazing staff isn’t here anymore :( idk what happened during covid. This place just went downhill.
I stay here when I'm in Turlock, very friendly staff, clean hotel with nice rooms and amenities, when Covid isn't around. But even with the pandemic they made sure everything was clean and safe for us staying there.
Excellent! First off, I am not the type of person who will review a place you unless It surpassed my expectations or had a bad experience. The holiday inn in Turlock is hands down a 5-star stay. I AM HUGE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees here have some of the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. This place honestly should receive one of those hotel awards. I stay in hotels a lot due to work, and by far, this one when it comes to customer service has been the best I have ever encountered. Don't take my word for it check them out yourself. Oh and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
No breakfast, no pool, not cleaning rooms unless you ask, had to ask for soap. They can do better.
I've stayed at a few hotels in my travels, but this place just reset the bar. The room itself was perfect. It was extremely clean, and smelled just so. The bathroom was impeccably clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable and was exactly as advertised. I even had a hot continental breakfast which was absolutely delicious. I could not have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be using Holiday Inn in future travels. I highly highly recommend staying at this hotel especially this location. Honestly if I could give more than five stars I would.
