North Starr’s staff was absolutely amazing!!! From the nurses, CNAs and office staff. My father was in two other facilities and by far, North Starr is the place he received the most compassionate and professional care. Calls were returned same day and the medical care was great. My father spent 10 months there and the staff treated him with patience, kindness and creative solutions. There are not enough words to express my family’s gratitude, up to his last day. I absolutely recommend North Starr for senior care

Where to start ... first of all super rude, unprofessional, uncooperative, this place is nowhere near a post acute elderly care facility it's more like an elderly mill... very understaffed and they were charging my mom's insurance 13 1/2 thousand dollars a month to be left with bedsores neglected and left to die...if your family member is incoherent and cannot have a conversation or speak for themselves they will be left to die... I was in there 2 x a day for 4 hours a day every day .... I asked repeatly for help and was denied or had to argue for simple things like lotion or to have my moms bottom cleaned correctly .... sham on this place
