As a retail business this companies ideaology behind scheduling labor is very pro-business and they care very little about their employees. This location is just as the others; Employees are overworked and under paid and under appreciated and consistently deliver the best experience. Employees are generally happy and are willing to do what it takes to helpout. The customers are a major factor in the visual aspect of these stores; some just throw the clothes on the ground that they don't want. These 'guests' also let their children run around un-attended to raise all sorts of trouble.

Great store and great prices but if your in need of the restrooms during shopping, good luck and don't take your chances in line to pay first to go find a ladies room. These issues need attention, I can shop better and stay longer, that means more money spent. Everybody wins and you have very happy customers.

Heres the problem i have with Ross in Turlock. I stand in line to get in, i walk into a chaotic mess, i make it as far as the handbags and im so overwhelmed with the mess, the crowded spaces that arent socially correct, the security guard that has his priorities messed up & the manager on duty that has zero interest in creating a friendly atmosphere let alone looking at you with a smile, God forbid you ask for assistance. So i get as far as the jewelry case when i walk out & go next door where i know there will be a friendly, socially correct, organized shopping experience.
