What first drew me to Turner Honda was their high rating on the internet. So I chose to take my ATV to them. And sure enough my experience at their Service and Parts Dept was really outstanding. Very professional and courteous folks. They were wry knowledgeable of the parts and service needed for my 2019 Rancher. The technician, Tom did a great job in fixing the discrepancy on the ATV and his work was meticulously done. He took the time to explain to me the procedure to fix it. You can tell he is passionate and have pride of his work. Jeremy at the parts counter was very helpful and professional too! Im very happy with my experience with Turner Honda!

I was looking for a place to service my Honda and found this location. First, they tried to sell me a service package which I didn't need. Second, they agree to provide service for a diagnostic charge, plus any parts at retail, and a labor charge not to be less than 40. I gave them permission for the service. It was supposed to take two days. It took two weeks. When I got my Honda back I later found out that I had been seriously over charged and the problem wasn't even fixed. When I called them back to have them revisit the issue and make the correction they wanted to fix the problem and collect another service charge. I took my Honda somewhere else had it repaired for 1/3 of what I paid Turner's. I will never use them again...by the way I personally own 4 Hondas...
