Jiseli answered my questions via email in advance of my arrival, and, when working with Omar in person I felt comfortable, not pressured, not rushed, and got to know the vehicles I was considering well. (In fact, when I got hungry Omar even got me a sandwich!). I appreciated that Omar was clearly proud of the brand (we loyal Acura owners are too), and Omar was also knowledgeable and he let me be me (analytical, information gatherer, options gatherer, etc.).
My entire process with Acura was pretty easy flowing. They listened to understand my needs/wants in a vehicle and worked with me and my work schedule wonderfully. I walked away with a wonderful car that will last me for at least a decade. I’m very grateful for John Kim and the entire team over there at Acura of Turnersville. Great team! Great service!
