Food was really good! Only remark is that the drinks were not labeled. We didn't know which was Pepsi and which was Pepsi Max.

Bad experience. Staff that doesn't understand a thing. I ordered something and didn't receive it. Also they messed up with the saus. Overal the staff has big problems!
Not only the most terrible KFC experience I ever had, the worst fast food experience I ever had. Cannot even call it fast food, even slow food is too fast for this. At 13.26 on a non-busy day, I have waited 37 minutes for my order, which was of 2 10 boxes, plus one piece and a milkshake. 37 minutes!!!!! In these 37 minutes, 3(!!!) customers were served. After 37 minutes, I just left, leaving behind 26 euro worth of order. One thing is for sure: despite of being a big KFC fan, I will never return to this place, this is just flat out unacceptable!! I hope someone in charge actually reads these comments here and draws the neccessary conclusions! Edit: out of curiosity, I've sent a mail to the address this whoever, who responded to my rating, has provided. Was curious what they have to say in their defence. They don't even care so much as to reply, so this here is just a show , they act here as if they cared (they don't, not even a bit), because these ratings stay and such a response looks positive. What a shameful way of doing first bad business and after that even worse (actually non-existing) customer care. I wonder if KFC HQ knows what a bunch of amateurs are shaming their brand name here in Belgium, they should definitely be on the know about it...

Very bad every time the same wat I order it’s not complet !!! Sometimes I order a lot and I don’t have time to check everything there . today I order for al my family and again coleslaw minus and toys for my children
