I prefer to write good reviews, unfortunately not the case here. Ordered a Canon pro 10s, which granted was shipped quickly. The printer however isn't working, and it isn't due to lacking knowledge. I have emailed them on several occasions but apart from one question which I promptly responded (as I need this printer urgent in working condition) it is dead silent. You can't expect customers to wait forever when they buy a new product.

What a terrible service. So unpleasant and full of ignorance for a customer. They don't answer for an emails, they don't pick up the phone (callin few times a day for more than a week) and when you go to the shop they don't even try to explain, say sorry, help you or whatever. Big NO. Avoid.

Had to wait AGES to get consultation. It's a number system and my number was on the screen for 30mins and the employees looked me straight in the eyes and yet still did not bother to service me. Great store but horrible employees
