5 stars when it comes to fashion, Zara is always one step ahead. Their smartphone app is superb. Just a few clicks and get it delivered blazing fast or pick it up in their stores. Their return policy is fabulous. Keep it up! But I'll be tossing a 3 star rating for Zara's staff (employees). Unfortunately, Turnhout's store manager has a few cards short of a full deck.
