He took my awkward explanation and turned it into exactly what we wanted. The only difficult part of the process for me was deciding on which of Joel's great ideas best fit our needs. Very disappointed in quality of decals, 2nd truck letter and both trucks lettering keeps falling off. Have had both trucks back at least 4 times to correct and letters keep falling off. Beware the use poor quality vinyl
